Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 crepes
- Confectioners' sugar

Cooking Instruction:
- In a bowl cream the ricottta cheese, vanilla extract and sugar.
- Fold in the strawberries.
- Spoon the mixture into the center of each crepe.
- Roll the crepes and lightly dust with confectioners' sugar.
